There is more and more evidence to support what English riders
have always known, and that’s the benefit of using polo wraps to
protect your horses’ legs! I have put a lot of thought and effort in
designing a superior wrap to support and protect your horses’ legs,
and look good to boot!
I start out by using a high quality 12oz fleece, 4 ½" x 9’ long.
This fleece is high density/ low pile, so looks good longer, can
stand up to more washing without pilling, and is available in a
variety of colors! I then use a 2" x 6" strip of Velcro to add extra
fastening security! (Never mind the flimsy 1 ¼" used by some of the
popular brands) My Velcro is then sewn on and reinforced with
commercial grade glue.
My sparkly polo wraps start with the same high quality fleece,
and are then covered with a breathable knit sparkle fabric, covered
with thousands of holographic sequins! These look amazing in arena
or natural light and are sure to turn heads wherever you go!
